Fast shipping, accurate part, great price

Driving on a narrow street, I slightly hit a trash can that was sticking out and without my knowledge knocked the passenger mirror casing with the blinker(separate part). I contacted Mercedez Benz and it was close to $500.00, out of my range. I called Harouts and Charlie answered the phone. Charlie was professional and knew the car part. He called me back and told me he had both parts. I sent him a photo of the mirror on the drivers side. He asked me for the last six digits of my Vin number to make sure the part and color was correct. He again called me back and said "yes" we have it and gave me the price over the phone. I drove to Sun Valley and Harouts is in a very busy street with tons of trucks coming and going with lots of dust. I was thinking "what am I getting myself into". I thought maybe I was going to pick my own part. I found Harouts with pkg. in front. Once in there to my surprise the office was very clean and air conditioned. All the men wkg. I believe wore black shirts. Charlie had the part ready for me. We went outside to see if it match the color and it did. A worker by the name of Sam was listening to the conversation when I asked to see if they had the screws. Charlie did not have them but lovely Sam, said "I have the screws," he went to the back and returned with the screws and placed the cover on the mirror. I am very grateful for their assistance and highly recomment this shop. That's what I call "TEAM" work. Thank you very much. Ladies, please use auto parts, they don't bite and are very nice and you can save a ton of money. My car is now whole again. Muchas Gracias.

What an amazing place. They have a huge selection of really good used bmws. Family run business. Chris was responsible for helping me and my family. Absolute credit to Harouts for employing somebody with so much integrity. Was extremely patient with us over the course of a couple of weeks while we decided which of their cars we wanted to purchase. Allowed us to have two of the vehicles we were considering inspected by our mechanic. Both were in excellent condition they were able to offer us financing which was convenient and easy. Also gave us a free parts warranty with the vehicle purchase--something I'm sure no other car dealership would give. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to buying our next vehicle there.????????????
